All employees must agree to and sign the Equisearch Code of Conduct. This Code of Conduct requires employees to maintain the highest standards in regard to corporate values and professional integrity, fairness in employee relations, zero tolerance policy on harassment, complete disclosure, compliance with all laws, standards for acceptance of any gifts and entertainment, standards for political and governmental activities, gift giving and other relevant employee activities.
